Jeff Goldwasser

Jeff, a principal with Spectra Advisors and a well-known former career school executive, has over 20 years in the for-profit school sector and more than 10 years in the public education sector as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Before forming Spectra, Jeff was the President of Insignia Associates, a firm specializing in liquidity events and recruiting in the postsecondary market. For seven years prior to his experience with Insignia, Jeff was a Partner and Executive Vice President at a brokerage and recruiting company where he participated in the Executive Staffing Division and oversaw M & A Services. Formerly, Jeff served as Director of U.S. Operations for an international career school chain with over 200 locations worldwide, a position which gave him responsibilities in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, lease negotiations, government compliance, marketing, staffing, staff training, and fiscal oversight. And, prior to holding that position, Jeff served as the director of several large, multi-campus, career college organizations.
